Rental prices on website do not include sales tax, damage waiver or delivery fee (based on distance). Please click GET A QUOTE and someone will respond within 2 hours with your quote. Inflatables are rented in 8 hour intervals starting at 10:00AM. Rentals after 5:00PM will be charged an overtime fee for pick up. NO RENTALS ON SUNDAY - UNLESS IT IS A MULTI-UNIT RENTAL (FESTIVAL OR LARGE EVENT). Delivery to a Park or Public Venue will incur an additional charge.
Several of our inflatables can be used wet or dry. Those that can be used as a “wet” inflatable are labels as such. If you add water to those inflatables that are not specified safe to use with water you are causing a potentially unsafe hazard to the users. Please play safe!
ALL OF OUR INFLATABLES ARE CLEANED AND SANITIZED BEFORE AND AFTER EACH USE.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
PLEASE READ
We have inflatables for all ages and all price ranges. Tell us what your party theme is and we can suggest something.
Our inflatables are rented in 6-8 hour intervals-no delivery before 10:00AM. There is an additional charge for pick up after 5:00PM. Please call us for information on longer rental intervals. If your party is in the afternoon - units will be picked up the next morning.
We offer a discount for multiple bounce house rentals and concession items for same event. We also offer military and first responder discounts.
Minimum delivery is $40. Additional charges will apply if delivery location is more that 20 miles from our warehouse. Our larger inflatables require more than one person to set up - additional labor charges will be applied in that case. SUNDAY DELIVERIES ARE CHARGED AT OVERTIME RATES.
Electricity/Water - You must have access to electricity and water (if renting a wet inflatable) within 100 feet of set up. Generators, if needed, can be added at an additional charge. Each inflatable fan requires its own circuit. Some of these Bounce Houses require more than one fan to properly inflate.
Liability Release - you will be required to read and sign a Liability & Covid 19 Release form before delivery.
Terms and Conditions - you will be required to read and sign Terms and Conditions before delivery.
Payment - is required, at the latest, 1 week prior to delivery. It is strongly advised that you reserve the inflatable you want as soon as possible. We operate on a first-come-first-serve basis. No checks, no C.O.D. - credit cards or electronic transfer (Venmo, Zelle, etc.) accepted only.
Weather - Inflatables are not intended to be used in severe weather. Chief Rental reserves the right to cancel the delivery if we feel there is a danger to the participants. Please monitor the weather conditions prior to your event – we can always reschedule or refund (see our refund policy). Once the item is delivered there will be no refund. You should evacuate inflatable if: There is lightning or thunder in the area; Dark clouds on the horizon; A severe weather alert; The wind is over 10 miles an hour; Inflatable begins to wobble or sway; Heavy rain – Inflatables become very slippery and dangerous in rain. In the event of these conditions you need to unplug the unit and allow it to deflate.
